TEST STACK ERECTION COMPLETED IN 4 HOURS

Following completion and commmissioning of the first full scale VectorJig in early November 2015, a crew of ironworkers from the Windsor area assembled 8 modules, achieving a pace of 1 module / day for the final 4.

The completed "chassis" were transported 1/2 mile to the north end of the Harrow mill site and assembled on stanchions bolted to a robust below grade foundation. The precison of the VectorBloc modules was in evidence as the modules settled in to place with minimal coaxing, allowing the crew to pick, place, bolt and return to rig the next unit with cycles under 30 minutes.

The resulting 4-story, 3200 square foot structure functions both as an educational tool, and as a test bed for ongoing structural and fit testing of VectorBloc accesories, such as balconies, facade cassettes, etc.
